I spent 15+ years in corporate working across customer experience, sales operations, project coordination and risk & compliance. Somewhere along the way, turning chaos into calm became my thing. (It's a personality trait at this point.)

When I'm not creating calm within your business, I'm managing the chaos of my two busy, beautiful boys at home. I started OnTrack because I wanted work that fitted my life, and because I knew I could make a real difference to business owners who are brilliant at what they do but spend too much time running their business to actually grow it.
